5 Month Sublet ONLY - 1st August- 1st January

Hello!! I am looking to sublet the 3rd room in our home for 5 months. This property is built into the attic and has 3 beautiful double bedrooms, and a box room which I am in. (As well a and a view of the castle). It is really bright as it has the skylights from being built into the roof space. The room has ample storage, a desk and bedside tables. It has been recently renovated, so it is absolutely stunning. It also has a lovely en suite with waterfall shower, and under floor heating. The kitchen has an induction hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and two door oven. It also has a sofa and a dining room table. This flat is located on the top floor, with 2 inner flights of stairs, so it is a bit of a killer !! The rent for the room is £680 and bills are £11.49 for Wifi, £73for council tax, and £45-65for Gas and Electric.

You would be sharing with the lovely Kirsty (a trainee solicitor) and Freya (a bridal store assistant) They work within the hours of 8-6 and Kirsty sometimes works from home, but predominantly field based. Both are 22 and absolute gems. They both love sport, evening swims at portobello, and love a Mclarens evening.

Please note, they do not want to share with smokers.

This place would be ideal for a student who’s doing a semester abroad, or anyone looking for a short term stay until January. You will need to contribute to council tax though if your a student.

No pets unfortunately (even though they would love a flat dog)
