We are seven girls, a mixture of students and professionals.
We are looking for someone who will help to keep our flat clean.
The rent is £490pm and the council tax is £30pm. Everybody needs to pay council tax because there is more than one non-student in the flat.
The deposit is £500 and the minimum length of lease is six months.
We have a private landlord (Reg Nbr 07400/230/18580) so there are no agents fees to pay.
No animals and no smokers (incl vapers) please.
