Cute Box Room in a friendly Marchmont flat!

Hello! We’re looking for a friendly and neat third (preferably non-smoking) flatmate :). Our large Marchmont flat has gorgeous shared living spaces, including a well stocked kitchen/ dining room w a washer/dryer, a luxurious sitting room and an updated bathroom. The box room itself is small but has a double bed (the image of the room is back when it had a single bed, but we can happily show you what it looks like now via video chat or tour), and comes with a wardrobe and nightstand! The 500 pound price does not include council tax, or utilities, which amount to ~120 pounds a month .

I’m from New York City, and work at a think tank. I love reading, doing crosswords, cooking, exercise/hiking, and dancing (informally). I’m pretty outgoing and neat, and have tremendousss respect for communal spaces and hope that you do too!

Annie, 26, they/them/theirs

I’m also from New York City (kinda) and work as a server. I love to be outside, watch reality tv, and yoga. I am pretty clean (read: virgo) but adaptable to different living styles (read: youngest child). I look forward to meeting you!!!
