Looking for someone to move into a 4 person flat in Marchmont, available to rent now! Moving in March or April. You would be sharing the flat with two undergraduate students and one masters student.
The room is large and has plenty of storage space with a big wardrobe, drawers and cabinets, as well as a desk, and a double bed. It is a 2 bathroom flat, with a spacious living room and a kitchen. The flat is ground floor, making it very convenient.
The rent is £800 per month for this room. Bills are not included in the rent, as well as WiFi which are both payed monthly. Since it is located in Marchmont, this is an ideal location that’s not far from the Edinburgh University campus, and only a 10 minute walk away from the main library. Conveniently, it is only a few minutes away from grocery shops such as Co-op, Sainsbury’s and Margiotta.
