You'd be living with a cool trio of edinburgh uni students studying a mix of STEM and humanities, so we're looking for a student for council tax purposes. The flat is right next to the Meadows, in Marchmont.
The rent is £565pcm and the deposit is £550, bills are roughly £40, and you'll be getting one of the biggest rooms with regular appearances of a dog in the back garden. We also have a new washing machine/dryer!
We'll be doing viewings on Saturday and Sunday, and will hopefully be picking someone by Sunday evening!
