Hello :) We have a double room available in a lovely bright spacious flat in Marchmont/Bruntsfield EH9. The room is a good size and comes fully furnished. The flat also has generous shared living and kitchen space, fully equipped with communal kitchenware and you'll have a good amount of cupboard space. The flat is located where Bruntsfield links meets the Meadows. Ideal location, lovely walks through the meadows brings you to the old town in 10 minutes. Close to the hospital and University. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Plenty of bus links to Princes Street and Waverly Station.

About us

This is a 4 person flat and we are all working professionals early to mid 30s. This is such a lovely big flat and make sure it's kept nice as we are all clean and tidy. We are a friendly and sociable bunch who are all active & enjoy a pub trip too! Looking for a working professional, someone who is equally friendly, clean and respectful :)

Preferably long term- minimum stay 6 months.
