Myself and one of my flatmates are moving out of our 4 bed flat in Marchmont and are therefore looking for someone to take over our rooms. It is a second floor 4 bed 2 bath (one en-suite) flat in the centre of Marchmont which has a separate kitchen and living area and large hallway.
Rent is currently £625 each but going up to £660 in July, and bills are around £36 each per month. Both bedrooms are at the front of the flat and look out over the road.
We are looking for someone to move in June 1st, and someone who is staying until around June/July 2025.
You will be sharing with one female (21) psychology student and one male (22) biomedical science student who are soon to be 4th year students at the uni of Edinburgh. Another 2 students is required due to council tax reasons.
