Two Student Rooms on Marchmont Crescent

My two flatemates are moving out of the flat and I am looking for two students to move in over summer.
After summer, I am planning to leave the flat and so current tenants can stay on if they choose to.
I am master's student in Maths at the University of Edinburgh and will be renting over the summer while I finish my dissertation.
The flat is first floor and in a great location on Marchmont crescent, with only a 10 minute walk to the George Square campus and bus links to King's campus.
It has a large kitchen and communal area, a spare room for storage and a shared garden.

One of the rooms is much larger than the other and so in the past the person staying in that room has payed more rent. This can be discussed between the new flatmates.

Since I am looking for two students, there will be no council tax (which includes water).
