We have a double room available in our Marchmont flat. The flat is located 2 minutes from the Meadows, with supermarkets like Scotmid, Margiottas, and Sainsburys just around the corner. Its a 20 minute walk to the city centre with easy access to bus routes.
The room is fully furnished, there are two bathrooms, a large living room and we have a communal garden for use. The flat is warm and bright and is a generally nice place to live.
The flat currently has 2 girls and 2 guys. We are looking for another girl to keep the dynamic that has worked for us. We're looking for an easy-going, sociable and tidy/clean person that respects the shared space.
Ideally we are looking for a professional in their late 20s, like the rest of our flat.
