Double Room in Spacious Sunlit Flat

Hi,
We are looking for someone to join our flat from the end of May until the end of June.
The room is available from May 22 until June 30.

The Room:
-The flat has 2 floors, the room is on the top floor, it's very tranquil.
-Bright, cosy room facing north-east.
-Furnished with a new and comfortable bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and a desk (not on the pictures).
The Flat:
-Well-maintained 1880s flat.
-Shared bathroom.
-Shared spacious dining room with plenty of space for studying/working.
-Guestroom with sofa (also serves as a laundry room).
-Kitchen equipped with essential appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven, toaster, microwave).
-There's a back garden with a bbq and a table/chairs.

About us:
- We are three friends living together (1 illustrator and 2 students) - one of us is going away for a month which us why we are subletting.
-I love cooking and baking and would be more than happy to share meals and a glass of wine every now and then.
-The flat is usually pretty tidy (don't mind the temporary mountain of books), and the kitchen always clean.
-I don't mind if people staying over or coming for dinner parties as long as the flat is kept clean and there's no issues with my neighbours.

Location:
Edinburgh Uni's central campus is a 25min walk away and King's Building should be about 15min.
The area is quiet but it's really well connected by bus.
