Hello! We are 5 girls currently looking for a new flatmate. The available bedroom is a double room with a shared bathroom (shared with 1 other person). The communal dining/kitchen/living area is bright and spacious, and includes all amenities. There is also a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. We are a mixture of 1 masters student and 4 young professionals.
The tenancy agreement needs to be confirmed by the 15th of January, with first rent payment due the 1st of February.
As a flat we love to host dinner parties, have art and film nights, go hiking and do pub quizzes! We would ideally be looking for someone fairly social whilst also respecting personal time and space. We are also keen on keeping the communal space clean and tidy. All of us are super friendly, outgoing and enjoying our 20s x
