The room is fully furnished with a double bed, a large desk, and strong WiFi — ideal for working or studying from home.
The flat has generous shared spaces: a bright living room with a TV, a large fully equipped kitchen, and a clean, recently (2024) renovated bathroom with a shower/bathtub.

I’ve lived here since January 2025 with my three lovely flatmates. I’m moving in with my partner early next year, so we are looking for someone who is tidy, considerate, and friendly to take over my lease. A short in-person viewing (or video call if needed) with the flatmates is required, as getting along socially is important in the flat.

You’ll be living with three genuinely warm and welcoming people (aged 25–34) — a mix of professionals/postdocs and postgrad students from the UK and France. Everyone is respectful, friendly, and easy to get along with. People are happy to have a chat over dinner or give you space to do your own thing.
