The flat's primary appeal is its location, positioned directly on Bruntsfield Links with lovely views of Edinburgh Castle from all four bedrooms. It's only a five minute walk to Tollcross, Bruntsfield and the Meadows.

Flatmates:

Three young professionals working in hospitality (two females, one male, aged 20-23). Two of us recently graduated from university while the other is pursuing music. I personally studied English Literature and Classics so would love a person who shares my love of reading and history. We're all great friends and would probably identify as a social flat, so we're definitely looking for someone that shares our love of going to the pub!
