Rooms available from 16th March

My wonderful flatmates have bought a house and are soon moving out, which means these lovely rooms in our homely Marchmont flatshare are becoming available from 16th March.

This has been a very special home and I’d love to find kind people who want somewhere that feels peaceful, friendly, and genuinely shared.

ABOUT THE FLAT

The flat has a shared bathroom with a bathtub and shower combo, a large living room with a dining area and a cozy seating space with a sofa and armchairs, and a small-ish kitchen with a washing machine. The living room has a wee pantry with our shared freezer, the second fridge, microwave and extra space for food storage, and there's also a large box room in the hall which we use for communal storage. The windows are being replaced with new ones in the next few weeks.

The garden is a lovely place to hang out, dry your laundry, grow things (we have a raised bed and pots). There’s also space in the stairwell to lock bikes.

It’s a classic Marchmont tenement flat and most neighbours are friendly live-in owners. Our private landlord is responsive and easy to communicate with.

2. Big front bedroom - castle view (£480/month)
3. Large front bedroom - castle view (£490/month)

There are 4 bedrooms in total — you’d be sharing with me and two others.

Bills: just over £100/month (including wifi and council tax)
Deposit: £450

ABOUT ME

Hi! I’m Agni. I love spending time outdoors — going to festivals and bonfires, frolicking in nature, foraging, sea swimming, and cycling. I also enjoy crafting, reading, writing, and playing guitar. I work for the NHS in sexual health and inclusion.

I love sharing time with friends and being in community, but I also value quiet time to retreat and recharge.

I’m about to finish a year-long science-based meditation teacher training, so if you share similar interests we could practise together or chat about brain science :)
