Double Room in Marchmont Flat Share

Hello, my flatmate and I are looking for someone to fill our flatmates room after he's moved to a cabin in the woods (promise it wasn't our chat that drove him there). Decent sized double room with a small desk and all the furniture in the picture.

The flat has a big living room, plenty of random cupboards and a massive box room. Pls ignore the hole in the bathroom ceiling, we're just waiting for it to dry out after a burst pipe then it will be fixed!

Would be living with myself and Calum (23 & 24), Calums just about to finish uni and start work here and I'm already working. Both very chill and tidy and looking for a likeminded flatmate we can socialize with. We're also both very into sport and the outdoors, mainly through cycling, so if you're into that too that's defo a bonus!
