Cosy room available in Marchmont

Hi! I will be moving out of our lovely Marchmont flat so looking for someone to replace me from 15th May.

It is a furnished single room and rent is £559.70 per month. With council tax (~£55 pcm) and bills it normally works out less than £700 per month. The room gets lots of light and is so nice and cosy! In the flat, there is one shared bathroom and a huge kitchen. It's also in a great location with a bus stop just at the bottom of the street and the city centre within easy reach.

The flat is shared with 3 other female flatmates (all in our 20s) so looking for another woman, preferably around the same age. We mostly keep to our own but occasionally hang out, the vibe is very friendly. The flat is kept clean so looking for someone who will tidy after themselves and pitch in to chores. The 3 other flatmates are professionals so you must be a professional or a student who is willing to pay council tax.
