Large room available in Marchmont

We have a large, bright, and spacious bedroom available in our flat, just a few minutes’ walk from The Meadows and Bruntsfield Links.

The flat is currently home to three working professionals in our early 30's, and we’re looking for a fourth person to join us. The available room has plenty of space, a desk a wardrobe, plenty of shelving, and the room lets in plenty of natural light.

We’re hoping to find a working professional who is:

- Clean and tidy
- Quiet and respectful of shared spaces
- Friendly and sociable when around the flat

We all have our own routines during the week but enjoy the occasional chat in the kitchen. It’s a great balance of independent living but also very friendly.

The location is fantastic, with green space close by and easy access to local shops, coffee shops, pubs, and transport links should you need them.
