Double room in 2 person flat by the Meadows

Bright and spacious room available in Marchmont right by (and with views of!) the Meadows from June 15th. The flat is fully furnished and has a kitchen, bathroom, living room and box room with plenty of storage space that are shared with me. Supermarkets, lively pubs, and the Meadows are all within a 5min walk.

Professionals are preferred for council tax reasons. Council tax (band D) and bills are not included, and they amp up the monthly total to around £1000/1050.

Current flatmate (me) is a 31yo professional working in software. I am quiet at home and respectful of your space; can sometimes have people over but will let you know in advance. Enjoy having a meal or a drink together but also happy for you to keep to yourself if that's what you prefer. Other interests include: nature, gym, videogames and dnd, playing music, reading, and socialising.
