Looking for flatmate for 2 bed flat

Looking for a flatmate for a two bedroom ground floor flat with an open plan living room/ kitchen , there’s two floors and two bathroom, the room that’s free is the en suite so in a sense each flatmate has their own bathroom, it’s unfurnished but the old tenant who’s moving out is leaving her bed/ mattress and some drawers and there’s a wardrobe built in just outside the room that she has. There’s a sofa and a table and chairs that was left my previous tenants , there’s a microwave/kettle. I just graduated and work mon- fri so kinda like a peaceful flat during the week cause I leave every morning around 7:30 for work but weekend I like going out / socialising / drinking / going for food etc , just looking for someone who respectful to the flat and keeps it tidy and isn’t noisy during the week.
