2 Double Rooms available in a 5 Bedroom Flat

Hey all,

Looking for 2 flatmates to move into our 2nd floor flat on Comiston Road in Morningside.

There is one room with a double bed, large desk, wardrobe and a small cupboard with drawers, £460 including bills. This room is available from the 22nd December 2018 onwards.

There is a smaller room with a double bed, smaller desk, and wardrobe, £410 including bills e. g. virgin internet, gas and central heating (so the flat is basically always warm!). This room is available from the 17th December 2018 onwards.

The minimum duration of stay should be until the end of May 2019, and can be longer if wanted. Deposit is £400, and we're only looking for students due to council tax reasons.

The flat is very cosy, with a spacious kitchen equipped with a large dining table, dishwasher and washing machine. There is one bathroom with a shower/bathtub.

The three of us are students at different unis, one at UoE, one at Heriot Watt, and another at Napier. We're very friendly and tidy, and we hope to find someone who will also keep common spaces clean. We're always up for a chat, we also enjoy making dinner together and having a night out every now and then. We're busy studying a lot of the time, but would really like to be friends with our flatmates and do things together too.

We live above Margiotta which is very handy. There is a post office and Sainsburys just a 10 minute walk away, and further down, a Waitrose, Superdrug, and Marks and Spencers grocers.
