Lovely double room for rent in a two bedroom apartment. It has a queen-size bed and in-built wardrobe. The flat has one bathroom, a kitchen and a big living room. It has central heating, double glazing, a designated parking space and dishwasher. There is a common garden around the building, and it is a very quiet area, well communicated with the city centre by bus.

Morningside is a very nice neighbourhood, with plenty of boutiques and speciality shops. It has plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants, a cinema and most types of supermarkets. There are many convenience stores and charity shops as well. The atmosphere of the neighbourhood is quite friendly and familiar. Blackford Hill, the Union Canal and a few golf courses are a walking distance from the flat, in case you enjoy going for walks.

I like keeping a healthy life balance, cooking, plants, and socialising from time to time. I tend to recycle almost everything and try to be sustainable. I practice yoga and love reading and music. I'm friendly and I enjoy my flatmate's company but also need alone time and respect your privacy, this is a quiet flat. I'm looking for a professional for CT and other reasons. Rent is £450. Council Tax is band E, as per other expenses, we need to add internet, gas, electricity (around £45), so in total, it will be £588 per month, all included. The deposit for the room is £562.5
