Room available in quiet, welcoming, modern home, you will have a luxury bath/shower room shared with one other female student, also large dining kitchen fully equipped for shared use. No bills except share of council tax if you’re working.
Please note there is no shared living room.
We are a vegetarian household, we have a resident cat & occasional dog so a vegetarian pet lover would be a good fit!
I envisage a 6-10 month term, which may suit a visiting student best.
There is free parking outside the house.
Morningside is lovely area with lots of shops & cafes. The centre of town is 15 mins by bus or a 45 min walk ... we are close to Bruntsfield links & Tollcross & many things to do, including lots of variety for running & walking routes.
I live in the house with another female student. We are relaxed & enjoy socialising but also need privacy & respect yours, I am self employed & often away or out and about. Any questions, please just ask!
