Double room - Looking for a student flatmate

Hi!

I am looking for a student flatmate to share this 2 bed newly refurbished flat with. It’s been beautifully done up within the last year and would be a really homely flat. The room is a double bedroom & the flat is furnished with a shared open plan living room/ kitchen. Rent is £550 per month. Deposit of £550 is also required. Bills would be shared on top of this. Available from the 1st June for 12 month min. contract.

Morningside is a lovely area with close proximity to shops, cafes, easy access to buses etc.

I am going into my 4th year studying law at the University of Edinburgh, having just finished a year abroad. I am a very tidy and clean person so would like to keep the flat that way. Non-smoker. Going into my final year at Uni so will be conscientious about my studies. I am easy going and would be very respectful as a flatmate. I enjoy socialising, going to the gym and going out with friends.
