Short term let in friendly home

Short term let only.

I am looking for a flat mate for my two bedroom place in Morningside. It would ideally suit someone who is looking for a more permanent place to live or who is in between houses.

The flat is light and cosy, with a large kitchen and living room - the living has a lovely wood burning stove. The room is a reasonable sized double that comes with a double bed with a very comfortable mattress, sideboard, clothes rail and mirror.

You'd be sharing with me, a freelance abseiler and keen rock climber, enthusiastic but poor surfer and occasional cook.

Even though I am only looking for a short term let I would like to find someone who is looking for a home rather than just a room to rent, someone fairly laid back, who I can have the occasional glass of wine with plus points if you also climb...

I work away from home from time to time, so you will sometimes get the place to yourself. Even better for me if you can water the plants. when I am away...
