A double room is available for rent in our shared flat at Falcon Gardens, Morningside.
You would be sharing with a couple (female and male) and another girl.
There's lots of nice places to walk/quiet streets/nature nearby, and a shared garden.

The room itself is spacious and comfortable, furnished with a bed, desk and wardrobe.
Its a 5 minute walk from the main bus route (on Morningside road), which takes you to Princes Street in 20 minutes. There's still buses and night buses to all across Edinburgh here.
The rent is £292 per month for the room, which we pay to our private landlord. The bills are about £30-50 for electric and Wifi.
