I have just moved into a beautiful spacious flat in Morningside with double glazing and gas central heating. I am seeking a quiet flatmate who like myself enjoys company but also their own space. The council tax is high at £110 EACH a month, with all bills included your monthly total could be £600 depending on how much heating is used.
