Professional to share immaculate flat

I have just moved into a beautiful spacious flat in Morningside with double glazing and gas central heating. The location is perfect. It's 12 minutes to Napier University and 20 minutes to Kings Buildings. There are parks in both directions. All the shopping you could possibly need is on the doorstep, 3 minutes to M&S Food Hall and Waitrose. There are also many specialty and coffee shops. Bruntsfield Links, leading onto The Meadows is 15 minutes walk away.

I am seeking a quiet flatmate who like myself enjoys company but also their own space. I am passionate about sustainability and for both this reason and health, eat a plant based diet. I am happy to share with anyone whatever their diet, but have to admit I am not a fan of deep fryers. Fitness and health are very important to me. I enjoy music, good company, the occasional drink and lots of laughter! I have recently arrived in Edinburgh after teaching abroad for many years. The flat is in outstanding condition and the tenant will have a heated bathroom with shower and bath. The council tax is high at £110 EACH a month. The total with all bills included will be just over £600.
