With the landlord's permission I am looking to find a responsible, mature, quiet and clean individual to temporarily sublet my flat. It is a very nice furnished cosy top floor flat in a quiet building in a wonderful part of Edinburgh. Rent is extremely cheap compared to other flats in the area. The flat has a double bedroom, open plan kitchen/living room and small bathroom with a shower. Rent advertised includes all bills, there is no broadband fitted but will leave mobile data stick with unlimited data that I have been using with no issues.
Will pack away all personal furnishings but leave furniture out. Can also leave cooking stuff, crockery etc. and bedding if needed.
Rent for full period is to be paid in full or will have to arrange a standing order and take a deposit which gets complicated.
The flat is very nice for the money and in a quiet building with lovely neighbours so I only want to let to someone who won't disturb them.
