Double room in Morningside

Property: Double bedroom, ground floor apartment in Morningside. Shared living room with bay window, window seat and electric fireplace, fully integrated kitchen included dishwasher and microwave, lots of storage in kitchen. Induction hob, spacious fridge and freezer. Communal rear garden/patio and a modern bathroom with huge bath, main large square shower head and secondary handheld shower head. Also a small private garden to front, gas central heating, double glazing, integrated sound system in kitchen and bathroom and secure entry phone system.

Me: I'm a diagnostic radiographer in NHS Lothian and work a variety of shifts. Originally from Speyside (whisky country, near Elgin) in the north east of Scotland. Current flatmate is moving out as he bought his own place to move into with his girlfriend, lived together nearly 5 years and had a chilled dynamic together. Easy going, clean and tidy, happy to spend time together in and out the flat while balancing time for ourselves to just chill alone.

Got a few games consoles so happy to play those together or binge anything on nights in, will invite you to work drinks if you're keen to meet any new people. Few pub quizzes close by we can go to if that's your thing as well!

Bus stop 10 secs up the road for the 11, 16, 5 and more 2 mins down the road for the 38, 23 and others.

WiFi: £28 each, 1GB speed.
Council tax: Band C (£72 each a month)
Gas & electric: Varied through the year obviously, £120 ish in summer to £230 in winter. (We had the heating on a little much one month, looking to cut down costs on that haha!) Current flatmate also works from home on the computer all day and needed heating through the day. If you weren't working from home this would likely result in energy bills coming down also.
