Looking for a third flatmate (preferably 26 years and older) to join our shared flat in Morningside, sharing with 2 professional women in late 20s.
It’s a lovely area with lots of shops and cafés nearby, close to buses to the city and in walking distance from Haymarket station and local parks. The flat has a large kitchen/dining area, lounge, bathroom and three furnished bedrooms (including the room advertised).
We aim to keep a tidy and welcoming flat, therefore we expect the same from our new flat mate to help keep it in a clean and cosy condition. We enjoy the occasional nights out and socialising in the loung, but also happy to do our own thing as we have busy lives.
Rent is £550pcm + council tax and bills.
Only long-term lets (6+ months) will be considered.
Room is available from early May.
