Five minutes walk from a small Tesco, and ten mins from Morningside Waitrose, with plenty of bus links to Prince's Street and Edinburgh University right next to the Tesco.

Looking for a new tenant, preferably a student, who is clean, amiable and creative to be a lovely fit with the two existing tenants, currently studying at Edinburgh University, who love a wee chat! We're all very queer, with a love of video games and D&D, so anyone LGBTQ+ would be absolutely welcomed.
