Bright Double Room for Postgrad Student

This is a homely, friendly flat specifically for students studying a PhD or Masters.

A bright and sunny room is available offering a homely, friendly space in which to live and study in peace. It's in a great location near Holy Corner, right in the centre of things, with shops, cafes and supermarkets on the doorstep. It's a lovely, sunny room, all fitted out with a desk, lamps etc.

The first floor flat has a shared dining kitchen, with all equipment, including a washing machine, dishwasher, clothes pulley (for drying clothes), gas cooker etc. There is also a shared garden.

You must be a postgrad student, obviously. I'm looking for someone who plans to stay at least for 6 months. If you're interested, please email me telling me a bit about yourself (the more the better) including where and what you're studying, where you're from, dates, hobbies and interests etc.

The flat is HMO registered and totally compliant. I can't take couples as my licence does not permit it. And no professionals as they'd have to pay council tax for the whole flat as students are exempt.
