This beautiful bedroom forms part of an elegant Victorian 5 bedroom family property in Morningside and is a stone's throw away from Bruntsfield Links and the Meadows and is ideally located for the city's theatres, cinemas, restaurants and shops.

Available on a week to week basis, the room would suit a professional, a contractor a or mature or postgraduate student.

This is a generously proportioned double bedroom with period features. The bedroom is on the first floor and shares a toilet and shower facilities with the au pair. The family's bedrooms and bathroom are located on the second floor, away from the spare bedroom, which is on the same floor as the kitchen & living room.

This is a very happy home and I am sure you will be very happy here too. My adorable Rottie Nancy (the "Queen Bee") will welcome and look after you in exchange for your undying affection. There are often one or two other canine visitors but all canines are impeccably behaved, in bed by 10pm and have separate, well-appointed quarters on the same floor as you.

My main ask is that we treat each other with respect and courtesy, do not smoke inside the house, take off our shoes when we come inside and generally tidy up after ourselves.
