Lovely bright large double room (or a smaller single) available on the top floor of our house. You will share a bathroom (with shower) and a well equipped Kitchen/living room with TV. with our existing Phd student. This is not a 'student flat' as it is our family home and my husband and I occupy the rest of the house and have separate facilities. We prefer hard working, quiet, tidy lodgers. It would ideally suit a postgraduate student or professional. You will have the use of the washing machine and I provide all bedlinen and towels.
Rent covers all bills and wifi and is payable two weeks in advance.
The room is fully furnished with double bed, desk and ample storage. Free parking is available in the street and you would have ready access to a large garden.
