We have a bright double room in Morningside, with tidy shared kitchen/living space and bathroom. The flat is on a great bus route and has nearby amenities such as local shops, supermarkets, cafes… The rent is £485 a month with CT and internet included. We pay around £50 extra for the gas and electrics every three months.
About us: we are both young professionals (33, 24) working for the University of Edinburgh. We are fun and easy going and we enjoy socializing within the flat (especially with a bottle of wine during these dark afternoons that Edinburgh winter will offer us soon :)).
