Attic bedroom in upper villa. Double bed with chest of drawers, desk and chair, storage unit, hanging space in cupboard, and Freeview tv.

All bills included. (Although if you have to pay council tax you need to sort that out yourself)

I’m a single mother who works part time as a dental nurse, with a teenage daughter still at school who has the other attic bedroom, so you would be sharing the adjoining bathroom with her, which includes a walk in shower. (Not shown in photo as behind door)

This bedroom used to belong to my elder daughter who has now moved away to university in Dundee.

I’m preferably looking for a female, student or professional but no DSS (anyone on benefits) I’m also hoping for at least 6 months to a year for someone to rent the room.

House is accessible via stairs so unfortunately not disabled friendly - sorry.

Situated in the seaside town of Musselburgh, East Lothian, which is only 7 miles outside Edinburgh. With a 10 minute walk to town centre with a large range of shops.
Beach is also 10 minute walk away with riverside walks leading to it.

Queen Margaret University within walking distance.

Access to Edinburgh is either by car, bus or train. (which we have plenty of and run frequently) takes 30-40 minutes by bus into city centre, or it's a 10 minute walk to train station and the train only takes 6 minutes.

Wi-fi is also available and access to kitchen for your use. You will have your own fridge/freezer and storage space for your food, but you can use all my plates, pots and pans, cutlery etc.
