It’s an upper villa with garden to the rear and balcony to the front located on a quiet residential street. It’s in the east end of the town, very close to the racecourse and stunning bird reserve, Levenhall Links. Free parking in street right outside.

Close to Wallyford train station. It’s a 3 min drive to the A1 so very easy access to Edinburgh and conveniently located for everything Musselburgh has to offer as East Lothian’s largest town.

The double room available is generously proportioned & furnished (everything pretty new). It has double bed, bedside tables, lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers & 2 seater sofa.

The rest of the home is clean, bright & comfortable having fairly recently finished refurbishment.

It’s to share with myself and Babs the Miniature Schnauzer. Our lodger MUST like dogs as Babs can take time to be comfortable with strangers and she can be quite vocal. But, once she gives you her high-five you know you’re on the way to friendship! We’re both out the house in the mornings (I work outdoors), often around in the afternoons. it’s pretty relaxed round here in the evenings.

I’m looking for a friendly, considerate person to share our home with. I have no preference about full time student or professional.....would hope whoever lives here appreciates it and enjoys it as much as I do. I would prefer to share my home with a sociable female. It’s important to me to share with a like minded person so my selection process always involves an initial face to face meeting.
