The flat is located a stones throw away from Musselburgh beach/harbour and is well connected transport-wise to Edinburgh city centre (bus routes or 20 min walk to train station). There's a Lidl 5 mins away and a larger Tesco a little further into Musselburgh. Local amenities are good (nice restaurants, pubs, sports centre/swimming pool etc.). There's plenty of free on-street parking nearby and I have a lockable cellar in the stair/close where I store my bike and there's room for another. Council tax band B. I'm a Senior Family Outreach Worker with a charity so am mostly out and about during the day but very occasionally work from home. My preference for a flat mate would be someone who doesn't work from home. I would describe myself as sociable/friendly - happy to cook together/have a drink/watch a film or series but also enjoy having time to myself and respect that others probably will, too! Having a clean and tidy space (and flat mate!) is important to me. LGBT-friendly folks are a must!
