🌊🌈 Room available in lovely flat near the sea

🌊 The flat is located a stones throw away from Musselburgh beach/harbour and is well connected transport-wise to Edinburgh city centre - just a 3-minute walk for buses to the city centre (40-45 mins) or a 20-minute walk to the train station (6 mins to Waverley). There's a Lidl 5 mins away and a larger Tesco a little further into Musselburgh. Local amenities are good (nice restaurants, pubs, sports centre/swimming pool etc.). There's plenty of free on-street parking nearby and I have a lockable cellar in the stair/close where I store my bike and there's room for another.

About me:
👋🏻 I'm a Senior Family Outreach Worker with a charity so am mostly out and about during the day but very occasionally work from home. My preference for a flat mate would be someone who doesn't work from home all of the time (hybrid all good!). I would describe myself as sociable/friendly - happy to cook together/have a drink/watch a film or series but also enjoy having time to myself and respect that others probably will, too! Having a clean and tidy space (and flat mate!) is important to me and I'd be looking for someone who is happy to chip in with keeping the place looking lovely. LGBT-friendly folks are a must!

Easy living:
All bills included – council tax, gas, electric and WiFi. 🙌

"Furry friend":
Looking for someone who loves dogs (or is cool living with one, at least!) as I recently adopted a lovely 9 year old Staffie/Lab cross called Storm - she is super friendly/affectionate with people and a total goofball 🐾
