Double room w garden, short walk to the beach

The flat is in a quite location while being close to Musselburgh High Street, with excellent bus connections to Edinburgh city centre, Portobello and East Lothian. Its a first floor flat with a private garden incl. a shed for bike storage, in walkable distance to the beach.

Bills are 140£ per person/month (based on current rates, CT goes typically up in April)

○15 min walk to the beach
○10 min to Company bakery
○5 min to the High street and a big tesco
○free on street parking.

QMU is a 10 min cycle/drive, 25 min by bus or 35 min walk away.

The available bedroom has a beautiful hard wood floor and a south facing window. I plan to furnish it with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. I could rent it unfurnished as well, so get in touch if you are interested in that.

The shared spaces are kitchen, bathroom with shower over bath and living room with dining table.

I am looking for a chill person that respects the space, likes to have a chat and gets on with their own stuff.

I work for an environmental research institute mostly from home and would prefer a flatmate that is out during the day.

I am also a visual artist, so you would have to be cool with the occasional creative chaos in the living room.

I plan to adopt a cat in the near future, so you would need to be supportive of that.
