Flat to share, musselburgh

Hi there!

My name is Timo and I'm hoping to find someone chill to join me in my Musselburgh, ground floor flat, with shared garden. The area is quiet, but close to shops and transport links into Edinburgh city centre. I've loved living here for 1.5 years. The flat came unfurnished, communal areas furnished with my things and am happy to help with sharing if you dont already have all the furniture you need in your room.
I work in Edinburgh city centre, 4-6 days per week. I'm a cafe manager so shifts are not consistent.
I like to stay social, but also live a fairly chilled life. Prefer nights in and dinner parties to nights out, though still indulge in those a handful of times per year. I have a fish, but believe the landlord is open to other pets. Plenty neighbourhood cats kicking about if you're an animal lover.

A successful applicant will then need to apply formally to my letting agents, which I can help with - should be straight forward, provided proof of income/guarantor is provided.
