2 rooms rented out together only -incl living room

Single & Double & living room in quiet location. Please note one room is not let out separately. For example you can not ask for just the double room. Both rooms can only be taken together. The house is largely unfurnished so you will need one bed and some furniture. The video shows how it was, but it is now emptier. The rental is therefore 900 per every 4 weeks (for 2 rooms) as well as the consumption of electricity and gas bills.

This is a quiet location and peaceful house to live in with a park to look onto. Great walks in the park and runs along the river Esk are well worth it. A gym is available close by as well as many restaurants. Walks along the shore are beautiful. The local park in warmer months is pretty and peaceful to sit in.

A single and double room are available and a third room would be the living room.

The bright single room has an inbuilt small wardrobe with 2 shelves. A comfy chair could be provided. The room is otherwise unfurnished. A single bed will fit in well. This has a TV point.

The double room is bright and has a double bed and inbuilt cupboard with several shelves. A comfy chair can be provided. This has a TV point. Bed table and table light provided. Furniture can be discussed.

Both rooms should be rented together along a third double bedroom . One double room may serve as a living room.

This may suit a couple, professionals or postgraduates. Please make an enquiry once you discussed this with another person that you like to share with.

The kitchen has a table/sitting area and the house is bright throughout. There is the use of a conservatory along the garden. The bathroom has a bath/shower. Kitchen facilities include the use of a washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave. Wi-Fi Fibre is available. The garden is available for use. The garden has a gate to the common green/ public park. Parking is available at the front of the house.

Many buses go frequently to the city centre and include bus numbers 30 /26 /44 and the bus stop is 2 minutes away . The journey to the city centre takes about 45 minutes. Other bus numbers are 111 between Haddington and Edinburgh Royal Infirmary; 113 between Western General and Pencaitland and 104 between West End and Haddington. All stop very near to the house (5 minutes). The number 30 goes directly to Queen Margaret University. The train from Wallyford or Musselburgh go to Waverly Station and this takes 10/12 minutes.

It is suitable for two professionals or two postgraduate students . The rental is a minimum of 6 months or longer term. Electricity and Gas Bills have to be paid and depend on usage.

I am a professional, in fifties and work largely out with the home. There are periods when I am away.
