Upstairs of a Farmhouse near Edinburgh Airport

We have a comfy double bedroom available in the upstairs of our Farmhouse near Edinburgh Airport, Ratho and Newbridge. It's a spacious house you'd share with me, my partner and our dog Bobbie, a Labrador girl.

You'd have the space upstairs pretty much to yourself and there's scope to create a little living room for yourself in an unused upstairs room.

There's a bathroom with electric shower and the house is heated with oil.

The kitchen is downstairs and fully fitted with gas hob, oven and microwave and would be shared with us.

We may consider a short-term let with a dog. I'm allergic to cats, so felines are unfortunately a no from us.

There is parking available and a bus stop relatively close by (20mins walk).

The monthly rent includes wifi but additional payment for electricity (and oil when needed) will be added (think £30-50/m).
