Male house mate has en-suite room. Apart from that there is one large bathroom with shower at First floor and another washroom available at Ground floor.

Kitchen includes an American Fridge Freezer, Microwave, Toaster and washer dryer.
New cutlery and crockery available in the kitchen for day to day use.
For hygiene purposes, pillows, duvet and bed sheets are not included, however these can be bought for £50 if you would like to keep them. Otherwise you are allowed to bring your own.

Edinburgh College is a 8 minutes drive or 20 minutes walk
Fort Kinnaird shopping center is a 12 minutes walk, where you can find M&S, McDonald, KFC, Burger king, Pizza Express, Pizza hut, Chaiiwala, Boots Pharmacy, Odean Cinema, Pure Gym, sports direct and lots of other places of interest.
Newcraighall Train station is a 7 minutes walk
Portobello beach is 13 minutes drive
Edinburgh City Center is a 30 minutes drive or 30 number bus available every 10 minutes and take approximately 50 Minutes to city center.

Parking available for 4 cars outside the house, however there is no parking restrictions in the estate with large number of parking spaces.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house. It is allowed in the garden area though.
