Hello,

We have a room to rent in a spacious 4 bed flat in Newington (West Preston Street). Because the three of us are students, we are looking for another full-time student only please. The room is available ASAP!

About the flat: it's 2nd floor, 1 bathroom with shower over bath, dishwasher, combined living room/kitchen, gas central heating and gas cooker. There is a large shared garden in the rear.

About your room: it's a very spacious bedroom with a double bed, desk, storage and window looking onto several shared gardens. The rent is £529 a month, and does not include bills. Bills work out at around £50-60 a month each.

About us:
Keshav - 28, Sustainable Development final year student, vegan, who's into film, sports and talking to himself. From Edinburgh.

Erica: 24, final year masters student studying Chinese. Really into books, films, food and the odd wine...and Tom Hardy. From Italy.

Decca: 29, second year History of Art student. Into films, pool, arts and craft, beer and TV binges. From California.

Mostly we are looking for someone who good fun, can clean up after themselves and contributes to making the flat a home. If this sounds like you then give us a reply on here.
