Heya!
I'm moving out and looking for a new tenant in a beautiful 5 bedroom flat in Newington. The flat is right between the Meadows and Holyrood park, so plenty of green spaces full of doggos around, a few pizzeria and nice food places, cool bars, a Co-op, a Sainsbury, a Tesco and a fruit&veg shop, and still in walking distance to the centre.

The flat has two bathrooms (one with a shower/bathtub and one with a shower; both have toilets ofc), a large kitchen with any possible equipment you might need - including an enormous, brand-new fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven with grill, microwave, etc, and a large living room with a bow window, a tv, two sofas and nice basil plants (plant lovers welcome!).
Rent for the smaller room is 420pcm but there's also a larger room for 440pcm, both with bills excluded. Bills are around 50gbp per month more or less.

The housemates are young, fun professionals, cool and open-minded, looking for a sociable new housemate to hang out with. We'd prefer professionals to students and looking for someone long term.
