Single room in 5 bed flat

I'm moving out of this room and am looking for someone new to move in.

Your flatmates will be a range of masters/part-time masters students. The shared areas - lounge and kitchen - are very commonly used for studying together, chatting and sitting around during the day and with a new oven and boiler installed over Christmas the heating is very good and cooking/baking much better than it was before!

Everyone likes doing things together in the flat e. g. one of the girls here is American and so many of us had our first thanksgiving meal last year, all contributing something to the table! Games in the evenings, watching Netflix or just getting a takeaway and having a chat are a few of the things that will go on here in the evenings and you're more than welcome to do your own thing or join in!

The bedroom features a 3/4 double, wardrobe, large desk and office chair for working in the bedroom, a shelving unit and, in the images above, the door with a blue towel draped over is one entrance to the room and then there's another door that leads directly to the hallway (which I usually keep wedged open hence why it's not quite visible in the photos). Also, the room has a skylight above the bed!

Students and non-students will be welcome and if you'd like to ask any more questions about the flat, who you'd be sharing with etc. just drop a message and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

NB I have already paid rent up until 3rd April so if you move in before this date you could consider it to be 'rent free'.
