We are currently third years studying Engineering and International Business. We are in a great location on St. Patrick Square right next to the meadows and central campus. The room is spacious with a double bed and a large desk. There are 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen. Rent would be £560 + utilities (around £20). The deposit is £593. We enjoy football, tennis, walks, board games and movies/tv shows!
