My roommate got a job in another city and will be moving at the end of September. So I am looking for someone to move to the flat.

I am looking for someone CLEAN, TIDY, responsible and easy-going to move into my flat. I like to keep common living spaces pretty clean, and therefore, please be aware that there will be a cleaning schedule to keep things organized. I'm ashamed to write this but I have seen the worst and unfortunately, I have to: You would have to leave the common spaces clean after use. A postgrad will be ideal, but it is not essential. When you message me for the room, please introduce yourself little bit :)

A little bit about me; I am doing a PhD at the University of Edinburgh. I like playing football, watching sports, films, tv shows, going to the gym. I am easygoing and mostly independent and spend my time in school during the week. On the weekends, I often hang out with friends and I love to gather and have a drink. I want my house to be a place where I can have people over, but not a place that's constantly full of people every day. We can have some parties during the weekends when we are not overwhelmed with studies!

The flat is located in Nicolson Street, and just several minutes away from the old college, the main library, the meadows, the shops, and everything you will need. It has two double bedrooms, one living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. All the bills are included in the rent.

The flat has all the essential appliances. However, I believe we can still make it better, more like a home, and probably we can do it together with my new roommate!

it is a NON-SMOKING flat. Due to council tax issues, only students are welcome.
