Nice room available in Newington (from 1st Nov.)

Hi! I’m looking for a new flatmate here in Newington, Edinburgh from the 1st of November :)

The flat’s situated close to Holyrood Park, on a quiet residential street just off Nicolson St. (so plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs around).

The rent comes to around £505, with some bills included (excluding Council Tax).

The room is bright, with a nice big window and a double bed. It’s also fully furnished with a large desk, a chair, a wardrobe and a bookcase.

- works full time


- is friendly / happy to occasionally catch up or watch films in the living room :)

About me:

I’m a friendly 31-year-old professional who works remotely for Duolingo from home/cafés. I love reading, watching films/series and working on creative projects (mostly music and writing).

It’s probably worth mentioning that I suffer from IBS, so some mornings I’m in the bathroom a bit (I always try to work around my flatmates’ work schedule, so it’s never a problem!).
