Huge Double Room In Perfect Location (August let)

Hi, one of our tenants is away for summer and we are subletting her large room. The room is very big and in a great location for the Edinburgh Fridge!

We are looking for someone friendly to move in from 1st of August (or at least start paying rent from that date) until the end of August.

The flat is in a central location and has a great living room. Two of us are Artificial Intelligence postgraduate students who are working on our dissertations over summer, our other flatmate is also subletting for the summer and doing an aerospace engineering internship. We enjoy socialising, hosting occasional dinner parties, and importantly keeping the flat clean. We will all be quite busy this summer working so we are also looking to maintain a calm and productive atmosphere.

We are looking for someone who will fit in with this environment. The rent is £1000 (bills included), no deposit is required as its a sublet but we would require rent payments in advance to secure the room. We are potentially open to renting the room to couple but would require a larger rent of £1200. We are hosting viewings over the next few days and hope to assign the room ASAP, we are open to both in person and online viewings.

We have quite a lot of interest in the room but will try and respond to everyone as quickly as possible :)
